Walls, we have walls

Many changes since the beginning, most notably we anticipated keeping most of the floor and some of the walls, but that turned out not to be the case.




Today the builders have started in earnest on the building bit. We have rumpus room frames and hopefully more to come. The floor of half the kitchen is there too and the old water tank is giving way to foundation posts.

We have been staying at Laila's this week... plumber late on getting stuff done so no toilet and no shower. Here is a glimpse of our new shower room which will hopefully be worth the pain (don't mention the gas hot water heater).
